I’m a wedding photographer based in the historic market town of Faversham, capturing honest, timeless, and completely unscripted memories for couples across Kent and the South East.

My philosophy when it comes to your wedding day is incredibly simple: it’s a celebration, not a rigid photoshoot.

​

I don't believe in making you stand away from your guests for hours on end, and I definitely don’t do awkward, stiff posing. Instead, my approach focuses entirely on documentary-style wedding photography. I prefer to blend seamlessly into the background, keeping things relaxed and fun so I can capture the genuine laughs, the happy tears, and all those quiet, fleeting interactions you’ll want to look back on forever.

When it comes to your couples portraits, I take a completely natural, movement-based approach. Rather than forcing you into uncomfortable positions or obsessing over where you place your hands for half an hour, I guide you gently through simple actions. It feels less like a photoshoot and more like a quiet moment together to take everything in. To make things even easier, I prefer to split our portraits into two separate, short sessions. This keeps things fresh, takes advantage of the best light, and—most importantly—ensures you get to actually enjoy your day and spend quality time with your guests.

 

We’ll absolutely still tick off those all-important family group shots, but we’ll do them efficiently and dynamically, without draining the energy of the afternoon.
